Lighthouse Inn is a ministerial project of Living with Freedom ministries- an unincorporated private ministerial church association. As such, we rely on Ecclesiastical Law, and the protections guaranteed by the Constitution of the united States of America and the State of Wisconsin Constitution which protect our rights to assemble as well as our religious liberties. We welcome everyone as members and acknowledge that free membership includes a voluntary change in one’s capacity from that of a public person to that of a private member who does not represent any Local, State, or Federal agency whose purpose is to regulate or to carry out any mission of enforcement, entrapment, or investigation. We acknowledge the following statement to be true in the past, present, and future: “…essential to all written constitutions, that a law repugnant to the Constitution is void; and that courts, as well as other departments, are bound by that instrument.” -John Marshall 4th Chief Justice, US Supreme Court, Marbury v Madison, 1802. Access to the full Membership Agreement can be found here: Membership Application. Further access on this site constitutes an acknowledgement and agreement to membership.
